The Avian print series delights in the ephemeral and complex nature of birds real and imagined. Inspired by the great 18th century naturalists, these whimsical illustrations capture the spirit of our featured friends.
The pink flamingo is inspired by the Greater Flamingo’s that fly over Pinelands to feed in the Black River next to Rondebosch Golf Club.
